The sea salt is a completely natural product that has no artificial additives but retains sea water trace-elements such as magnesium and calcium. The smoked is created by the salt crystals being smoked over English oak for two days in a traditional Old English Smokehouse. The orgainc peppercorns are from the Kerala region in Southern India where they are sun-dried in the mountain ranges. The peppercorns have been “Certified Organic” by the Organic Food Federation.
